Quick question as I'm kinda stumped

I have just completed the mission where you have

to kill the assassins in the powerstation and pick up their ECHO recordings after each kill, Thing is when I killed the last boss his ECHO device landed in a wall so I cannot pick it up. Tried killing myself, shutting down the game , restarting but nothing fixes it.

Any ideas?

p.s. this game is only unreal

try position yourself once you get the E option you can get it regardless of how far away it is.

happened me a few times with other items.

Anyone found any decent Qr barcodes? The pizza one is brilliant if you read it before the pizza delivery mission

Maybe it is just me then, But the moment anything gets near me I die:/

Reached a point in Caustic Caverns where a Bad Ass would burrow up to me and the resulting blast from when he emerged would have me near death, This made it impossible to kill him because I was either running for my life or attempting to avoid the damage from him emerging/his ranged attacks, Ended up rage quitting because I couldn't get past him:P
