Try going back to the original MGS. Its amazing how many times I've been spotted or killed.

Many older games suffer in the same way. Despite being sublime at the time, GoldenEye on the N64 is atrocious to play now, because we have gotten used to certain control schemes.

It takes a lot of time to get used to, but they are still very rewarding games.

Have the original on PS3 but cant transfer over as I downloaded on different account.. Might have a crack at it this weekend, I think stealth games just are not for me.. I remember loving Splinter Cell at a young age but now I cant play it at all..

How does it fit the screen? Are there borders on the top and bottom?

You can change the screen resolution by touching the screen for a few seconds. Switch to Full and it will change to a more stretched view, which doesn't look too bad. Only problem is you need to do it for each game individually.

I know that, but when using the normal setting what are the borders at the top and bottom like?

TBH I only noticed the borders during the cutscenes and they were very small. However, in the Normal view, the screen is not the full width of the screen so the borders may be minimised.

Just got Resistance and tbh its not all that bad.. Have no online pass but am tempted to buy it.. If anyone has a spare pass they wont use I would buy off them.. Really want to try online but 10 euro is just too much although I more than likely will buy it..

Was excited until I saw it's remote play. It's a pointless feature for me, with zero practical application - if I have the choice I'm playing on my PS3.

For anyone interested, I was up north this weekend, saw sainsburys was selling Vita, resistance, uncharted, and 4gb memory for 240 sterling.

Also picked up mortal kombat up there, 22 pounds isn't bad at all.

Well, Kojima is the king when it comes to this. For them, it was Tuesday.

Was loving Resistance up until about 30mins ago.. I am right at the end and I am amazingly dieing flat out on Casual.. Bumped into a ridiculous enemy and its the most frustrating thing ever.. There not keen on the checkpoints either so I keep having to retry and retry because otherwise I could end up back another 20mins..

Yes it was great in it's day,I will let you know this time tomorrow if it still is, it was a great platformer style game, lots of the Disney games were great, Mickeys Wild Adventure was a pseudo sequel to the great Mickey Mania for Mega Drive and SNES. Both should be good value for €2.49 each.

That game got marketed to the high heavens over here, I'm not surprised in the sales boost. They sure love their idols....

Great news for the vita anyway!

Get free classic tables on Zen pinball by starting the download on your PS3 and then sync your tables by pressing the square button on your vita. Also works for PS3 version, just press square for sync.

Downloaded Trial on Vita along with some unlock that was suppose to cost 9.99 but I seen Free underneath so download it.. Neither will install though:confused:
