Eeeeek just read through the last few pages, a school not offering Chemistry as an option is...wow. Like seriously Indiego, I remember you saying you loved science before and not having Chemistry actually rules you out for a lot of science courses. I know if I was in your position I'd actually have moved schools.
But something needs to be done, don't suppose trying to get other fellow science lovers to campaign for a class next year or anything like that would be any good?
Also, Chemistry is just an unreal subject in any case.

Theres no point in campaigning for chemistry, we dont have a lab/any science supplies except for a few bottles of chemicals and rusty bunsen burners and there isnt a free classroom to have the class in, and we dont have a chemistry teacher 
Think I might just buy myself a chemistry book and teach myself :P
Ive looked at college courses before and most of the ones id be interested in dont specifically require chemistry, but it is covered so Id better swot up on it :pac:0 -

The Edco book, "Not Understanding Chemistry" is quite poor and over-complicates stuff way further than needed, as well as expecting a way higher level of previous knowledge than JC Science gives you so if you are going to to that, I'd advise to avoid that book, think it is written by Terrance White...Think I might just buy myself a chemistry book and teach myself0 -

I have my first Chemistry test this week, I like and understand everything we've done so far but I haven't started studying yet and tbh I think I'm gonna do crap, it's such a hard subject to study for...Maths tomorrow too isn't making it any easier. Right now calculus is easy but I'll walk in tomorrow and forget everything ever, just like last time.
I am posting this here to remind you TYs that there is a harsh and difficult world waiting for you all. Healthy dose of realism. :pac:0 -
