There's over 200 computers, there's Like three computer rooms and woodwork rooms, god dam showers and changing rooms, three floors, a proper gym, electric whiteboards.. and the outside is just like a college campus.. It's just great... Dare I say better than some fancy dancey private grammar school.. oh and there's a new smell in there :D

My friend took my bag of Walkers off me and I got angry. I went to get them off him but he threw them to another friend. He was going to run away with them but he handed them to me instead.

What does genius here do? I **** the bag of crisps on the floor, and give him a dig across the face, hop on him, and headlock him on the floor for a few seconds before I calmed down. He was nearly in tears.

Yes, I ****ing killed the person who gave the crisps back to me. I didn't mean to do it, it wasn't on purpose like. It just happened!

Felt like such a spastic after. I need to learn how to control my temper.

Sorry man, but I have to agree with the last bit - if it had been a packet of McCoy's your anger would've been justified, but Walkers? *Sniff* :p

In all serious shizz though, your anger must be coming from some place. If you find this keeps happening on a regular basis, you need to talk to someone one-to-one in order to get to the root of the problem and aleviate you of your frustration. Try and talk to the guidance counseller at school and they could refer you to someone :)

No, he was just holding his head and stuff.

    I know it's ****ed up... :(

I'm getting worse though. I'm losing my temper easier and easier. I would have lost it easily enough in the last six months, but never enough to actually hit somebody.

    Take up boxing now

I know I probably should, but there is no way that I am going to counselling or anything like that.

That sounded really vicious. I would (and have) just given them a hard shove and embarrased them.
But yeah testosterone build up. Get laid or something :pac:

Yeah, but I just lost control. He didn't deserve it, or anything really. I realised I was a retard when I was doing it and stopped straight away.

Just worried about when I do actually have a proper reason and I lose my temper.

I'm sorry to be black and white about it but that's the only way you'll get past this problem that could easily escalate into something worse. Counselling isn't half as bad as it seems (like on American shows with the chaise lounges and notepads), and corny as it sounds, it always feels good to lash out your problems through talking. Boxing is good as a temporary release but the anger will always keep rebuilding... do it for your own good, man. :pac:

Hmm, I can't see myself explaining my problems to some random person...

I think a bit of anger is good. I just need to be able to control it and only use it when necessary, and also channel it into positive things.

Hmmm.... I suppose you have a point - but not so much that you go round headlocking your friends... just take it easy, yeah? :o

But the thing is I don't have anything in particular to talk about? Like, I can't think of anything that talking about would help my anger. There's no clear thing that's causing the issue like.

Oh, and I do talk to my friends about most stuff. I would tell them if I had any problems like.

You are frustrated with life itself it seems. Blind rage at it is silly, just try to keep it as a calm, mutual thing. You do, eventually, understand life as a joke, but thats okay.

    Maybe you have depression?

I have cynicism, but it's not the same. One thing: are you a "cold" person generally, or are you not usually like this? Like, have you slowly begun to grow weary of everything around you, or has it been an instant realization?

    "Thanks From"

Is it me or is that feature used wrongly?

Anyway, I find it pisses me off talking to girls about important things because they are all as thick as ****. They have no clue what life is like outside of FB, some bull**** "Gossip Girl" show and what was in fashion next Tuesday. Suffice to say I prefer to listen. No...wait.

    Casual sexism/generalization apologies btw.
