    Hi, I have about "15k or so in PBs. Do the 25€ per month DD. for years.

    I'm going to cash in half and go on a big trip, feck it, and stop the DD. Won eleven 75€ over the years.

    I think the thought of the biggie, keeps me going, so I'll keep half in for the long haul.

    I got my own prizebonds at christmas and no wins so far. They even reduced the €75 win down to €50

    If my figures are correct it would seem the PB fund is now about 1,833,897,143 Euro as of the end of Aug 13,
    Which means at the moment there are about 293,423,543 bonds.

    During Aug I reckon the PB fund grew by 18,422,857 Euro,
    Which means there will be an extra 2,947,657 bonds in each draw during Sep compared to Aug.

    I would estimate that on average there was a net growth in the PB fund of 877,279 Euro each working day during Aug.

    My 3 months min is up next week and iv decided to pull my cash for now.... I have a chance for a decent short term investment with good return so im gonna take it and might re invest in prize bonds later in the year!

    This is a bit off-topic but I just opened an envelope from the Prize Bonds office and I see that I've won €50.
    Don't wish to appear ungrateful but I thought the minimum prize was €75.
    What gives?

    It changed a couple of months or so back. The 1 mill is now only every second month and the 50 euro has replaced the 75 euro, plus verious other reductions.
