Why do culchies hate Dubs so much?

nearly all my relatives and mates from down the country seem to hate everything about Dublin and its people!

not sure why, some say its an inferiority comlex....

but i just cant understand the reason why, can any country folk explain?

maybe theres another reason,it might be cos all the culchies are frustrated cos the only people they go off with are their cousins and sisters

Yis are always in such a rush....I've never seen people barge through so many people just to go into a shop two doors up.

Maybe it's the ****in awful accent.

Maybe it's the sheer amount of junkies that bug the **** out of me looking for money.

Maybe it's the fact that when you come on the piss outside of dublin ye revert to neanderthal levels of behaviour.



Loads of reasons tbh.

Culchies smell of sh1te because they work for a living but we wash ourselves when we are done.

Its not just Culchies that hate Dubs, Dubs hate Dubs too, infact most of the country hates Dubs.

yous are like a spoilt child that gets all the gifts you want (public transport, roads, concerts, sporting events etc etc) and when you parents lost their jobs and all the money you still manage to get more than all the other kids (counties)

I don't really hate Dublin but yesterday when I was up there I felt like blowing the place sky-high.
People were so rude, cutting me off, walking into me, no apologies or nothing. NO smiles either... that was creepy - they all looked like they wanted to kill me Also a LOT of people there are complete idiots.

Country sucks though. Fecking farmers.

Country folk will always have a dislike for the Jackeens, always have always will!!

Not that we care or anything, we are too busy enjoying having everything we need on the doorstep and not having to hitch a lift to the nearest shop 6 miles away off Paudi next door.........in his tractor!!!!

what do boggers think of Dubchies ( A culchie living in dublin and loving it) do you consider them traitors?

I'm originally a 'Culchie' but I certainly don't hate the Dubs. Some of my best friends are either Dubs or else I met them living here for the last 10 years so as far as I'm concerned Dublin & therefore Dubs are great!
