Sunday is not Sunday without my roast beef dinner, I get my beef on the on the rib from Willie O Briens in Cratloe.. His beef is farm tracable and is lovely. Usually get 2 ribs for E16-E18. Would have loads for 4 dinners. I find it hard to get beef on the bone anymore. Does anyone know any other butcher that sells it on the bone?

This is a great forum idea, only bargain I've come across lately was in Twinkle Toes, Ennistymon (shoe shop) where i got a fabulous pair of satin peep-toes with diamante spiral (v similar to Dune ones) for E45, AND the lady mentioned their sale is starting soon :)
