    Thanks a million omahaid for alerting us to this offer. I've just purchased my ticket and I'm thrilled as my four year old loves Bunratty Folk Park. I priced the family ticket in January and I was quoted €140 so this is a great deal!!

    I know it's an obvious shop choice for bargains, but the €2 shop is great. They do duracel batteries so should good. They do this offer where you get 5 bars of chocolate for €2 & there's a lot of choices. Worth a look for the munchies.

    Ailwee Cave & Bird of Prey Centre are having an open weekend on May 28th & 29th from 12 - 5pm.

    Normally admission for an adult is €17 and a child is €10.

    i Got half leg lamb in Dunnes for 7.50euro. That's 8.19e a kilo, 25% reduction also a very lean, basted loin joint for 6.19e thats 4.29e a kilo ..good value this week!

    Could not find parking i Aldi's today. Shopper's seemed to be out in force...everywhere! Anyway got my usual baga spuds 7.5kg for 2.19euro! + loadsa other stuff @ 18c each, ie carrots, parsnips, kiwis, brocoli. I would prefer to spend this money in my local Centra, but in these straitened times value for money is important

    5 euro.

    Surprised they dont advertise it more, it is on front of their take away menu.

    I was in the West County Hotel today and they had carvery lunch for only €5. There was 3 choices - pork, chicken or trout. Roast beef was only €7.95. Great bargain, will definitely be going back again!

    you can get rib eye steaks (flavour fantastic) in D/S for 14.99K, as opposed to any other place inc. Aldi's 26.99 a kilo & others in or around the same price.
