Unfortunately not, the pic is taken about here,

There's quite a bit of paved canal bank around there but very little after that.

There is a decent stretch either side of Vicarstown too,

Myself & the missus were in Westport at the weekend and even tho I took the bike I wasn't sure I'd get a spin in. On the Sat we headed off to Achill Island :



and then out the coast road :



and onto Keem Beach/Strand :



and then I grasped my opportunity to 'test-the-legs' (in my jeans) back up the hill.......and what a picturesque climb it is.
