You shouldn't ditch a ticket to see the most mighty band in the world just because you're moving! Nothing short of heart surgery should stop anyone :D

Since standing is all sold out how much do you think people will buy standing tickets for?

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 7,818 ✭✭✭Minstrel27

    Face value.

For the sake of clarity please use this thread for ticket selling.

Just because standing is sold out does not mean that people can charge more than face value for a ticket they are selling. That's not

yeah the seller should always ask for face value and the buyer should always tip the seller...that's how i roll...normally i would be offered another 10ner at least.

Take it if it's offered to you but never ask for it ;)

Yep I'd love to have that feeling of giddy excitement I felt when I saw them first, plus it helped that there was a blizzard going to the concert (saw them in Oslo!).

We cheated, we couldn't wait, so we went to see them in Berlin on Thursday.

I bought the missus the tickets, flights and hotel for chrimbo (.....and had to tag along to make sure she was OK :D )

The gig was amazing, the band were, of course, superb, the pyrotechnics literally blew us away (and singed a few eyebrows) played alot of our favourite songs and we accidentally ended up about 5 meters from the stage
    - the two and a half hours flashed past.

Deathstars supported and were brilliant as well, not sure if they'll be here in Dublin though.

Plus there were litre mugs of Becks for €8

    some pics here

Can't wait to see them again in Feb.
