Took wednesday offand had a great morning in town incl. an awesome massage - it hurt like hell though - so much tightness in so many areas!! So I was supposed to go the gym today but I am so tender I will take another day off rather than undo all the good work.

Still feel awful, thank goodness I'm not doing the marathon. If I infect the oh I'll never be forgiven!
So kids are off school for a week so it'll be home workouts once I'm feeling better. I have the Nike training club app so I might give that a go.

After a whole week of no exercise I finally felt well enough. Kicked it off in style with a 5 mile run, longest I've run in ages, felt good.

D'oh was actually doing the "get toned" workouts, did the 3rd 30 minute beginner one today. Handy to have when restricted to home exercising.
