    I noticed today the new no-entry signs up on the Athlone BP. The ones I spotted were at the top of the eastbound off-ramp at J9 Garrycastle. The old signs also in place behind them.

    They were installed as part of the "Traffic light" upgrade, these junctions are the only places that I've seen them so far.
