Hi Folks, Given the fact that we have had High Pressure over Ireland for the past week to 10 days and that it looks likely HP will stay with us for the next five or six days, is it time to declare that there will be no more snow in Ireland for winter 2010/2011? Cheers, you dont know how many times ive cursed ye when i look NW and see a load of CBs up there:D

Today though we had a very heavy hail shower and some lovely towering CUs aswell.... CONVECTION SEASON HAS BEGUN!!!

Lets hope 2011 will be a bit like this:.:eek::D:D:D:cool:

Not really OT, if surface heating convection is taking place it shows the sun is strong enough that long lying ''Snow chances for Winter 2010/2011 ARE all but gone''
