So it's that other time of year again, and what are fellow Boardsies gonna do to ring in 2011? Maybe some of you are working, in which case, fair play! I'm either staying in or going to a house party, that seems to be the consensus for the moment. I can't stand wedged pubs around this time of year anyway and the seasonal…

Bleugh, looks like I'm staying in (with the parents :rolleyes: ) but am mad to go out, even to a house party or local pub or anything! Friends are all off at weddings, sick or abroad etc so kinda sucks, esp when there's so many good gigs on in Dub...have to make a date with Jools Holland instead.

Im staying in tonight and to be honest Im not really that bothered :rolleyes: any other year Ive stayed in all ive wanted to do is go out but this year not so much but that might be because I feel a cold coming on getting all the symptoms.

Does anybody else feel like its not even New Years?? Maybe its just me but it just feels like any other night of the week.

Me too.
No sword fighting or DP though. I don't roll like that.

At home until 11:30 (even though the clock on my pc tells me that it's 12:50 at the moment. Elara, we need to talk), then to my cousin's house to bring in the new year.
I don't want to go there, but I don't really have a choice.
As far as I'm concerned, the new year begins at 8:21pm on the 13th of november.

I usually stay in on New Years but have decided against all reason to head out tonight. Just waiting for my friend to pick me up and then it's on to the bright lights of Mullingar! Happy new year everyone!
