Xtravision - 20
Gamestop - 17
HMV - 17

Think I will just get it in Xtravision and trade in MW2 and Red Dead (hopefully they are still offering 30 euro for that!!)

Ok, just pre-booked mine in xtravision in Limerick.

I had to call into the shop to pay 5 euro to pre book (never had to do this before).

Girl was wearing a cool black ops tshirt so I gave it a shot and no go, tee's only for people who buy an xbox live subscritption pack with the game = LAAAAAMMEEE

It's 54.99. Why go through all this trouble???

They are giving me 30 euro for Red dead and 20 euro for MW2!! Best trade in values in town. Would love one of those tee's tho!

Working this evening and in morning so not going to midnight launch (especially not in limerick!) but im off work wednesday, thursday and friday so sorted!

Well, the woman who pre booked mine looked a bit shocked and called another woman over and I heard her whisper saying its 54.99. Just got in contact with Tesco in Dundrum. There not selling it tonight only in the morning and they still dont have a price.
I'm going to take a chance and drive over anyway. They had boxs of MW2 last year at midnight so why would they want to miss out on this opportunity to make easy money this year.

I doubt HMV will be open, Xtravision branches open are too far out of town and too expensive

Tescos is open 24 hours but they have a seperate shop in Galway shopping centre for hardware, tvs, games etc and I doubt that will be open can I ask has anybody bought a big game on release day at midnight in Tescos, maybe they move some games into the main Tescos?

Also I believe Gamestop and Game will be open, I heard they had offers where you can get Black ops for 30 euros if you buy it with a fchart game - is that the case and if so what are the chart games and how much? If i could blacks ops and vanquich for around 70 euros that ain't so bad - finally is the prestige version available, that remote controlled car looks fun? how much?

I'm not sure how the code thing with Smyths works - clarifications please and is Smyths open at midnigrt?
