What about that guy who was doing really well. Then as his talent he cooked some cakes handed them out and almost all the lights went off. Even if they did taste bad its hardly a reason to reject him. Or do women think the cooking was a bit 'girly'? I was so annoyed when the host didn't ask any of them why they rejected him.

The irony of tonight English show,two Irish girls on the show and Irish guy on the show,and both Irish girls leave their light on.He whittles it down to Irish girl and English girl.Picks Irish girl and two mins later wishing he picked the Irish girl.:D

The show really empitomizes Irish girls living in Ireland for what they are superficial, deluded and ignorant!
Its only a show for a bit of fun not as if they have to marry the guys I myself find english girls and foreign girls to b more open and liberal!!

I think they thought he would lights out them anyway,so they beat him to the button.
But it was odd because girls who were saying it was nice lights out.

Haha yeah you are right but no harm staying on till the end and see what happens - or maybe they prefer wait for a mediocre guy.:D

I felt sorry for one girl who got to the final two both weeks and got rejected both times. Her responses to their questions were great and she's a nice looking girl too.

She was the one at the far right side last night - don't remember her name.

Annoyed by the presenter - he keeps interviewing the same girls like that Dearbhla girl. There is a girl I know on it and she barely got mentioned. She's as bad as the rest rejecting guys though haha. Last week she was the last girl left and just at the last second she put out her light. It looked like she panicked when she realised she was the last one.

that tanya one has absolutely massive teeth.
as for olwyn, i've met her a few times. she's very very funny, and extremely sound. so if she was the last person left with the light on, at least the guy would enjoy the date.

Yep thought so too that lauren girl looked like kate middleton. Very striking resemblence! I say some of the girls are comedians to just to have the program as comedic value really and often they are likely not to have a date. Then again I could be wrong some might just be on it for a laugh and to go on dates for the craic and a bit of fun.

I Think the girls in this series are nicer though fussy all the same but better dressed I think this time round. The talent of the guys has really improved without a doubt! Its amazing the different tastes that the girls and guys go for though, but its great guessing who they pick if a date is on the cards! Interesting whether or not the date is a success. So far its going well! Maybe a few relationships/wedding bells be on the cards???!!

I have to say it is a very funny show!

Heard a VERY funny story last night re. some of the contestants on last week's show. The source is pretty credible, but she didn't actually witness this, only heard it (from a 'contestant'). Not 100% sure of the accuracy just yet for the reasons outlined so I can't really say much for fears of defaming someone, anyone else know what I'm talking about?
