....so cheap to make. Full Red Cabbage €0.99 in Dunnes this morning. Pork Shoulder €8.
    Loads.

Avocado Sauce. Avocado, 3 tbsp lime and 2/3 cup water, salt, blitz. Meant to be Coriander in it but clean forgot. Nice sauce all the same.

    Savage looking. Well done!

Where did you get the pork shoulder? I've been meaning to try pulled pork. Just haven't worked up the courage, I'm a really bad cook!

    Shop called 'The Meat Company".
Spice it up and bang it in a slow cooker and walk away for 6-8 hours. Done.

The very opposite. More efficient and cheaper than a regular oven to use.

    Unfortunately I do not.

Most of my meals are merely a form of assembly of ingredients.

OK. You can do it in the oven just need the temperature to keep under 100c for the duration.

Here's Sparks' recipe from the Cooking Club

I had salad, like most days. However, I really liked how today's salad looked, so here it is :

    546636.jpg

It's red pepper, baby tomatoes, cucumber, olives, broccoli and grilled halloumi, with some balsamic and olive oil as dressing.

Trying out some dirty fries combinations. Cheese sauce, kimchi slaw, Korean beef Bulgogi, homemade peanut rayu and sriracha Mayo.

    Mushrooms on toast.
Cooked the mushrooms in garlic butter, sauce made from creme fraiche, whole grain mustard and parmesan.

It does look odd, and I'd never have bought it but my daughter recommended it. It's made with breast meat although it is pressed and shaped, and it was very nice. Handy to have in the freezer for lunch but not as nice as, say, Rosie & Jim ones I usually get in Dunnes which are breaded full fillets. The batter looks odd because it puffed up in the Airfryer.

That's exactly what it is :D

Chicken salad, this time with real chicken left over from last night's dinner. No comparison :)

Tried the Aldi Plant Menu quarter pounders.

    They were pretty good.

Panuozzo for lunch today. It's basically pita bread made from pizza dough, so much lighter than pita.

Rocket, mozzarella, tomato and Parma ham filling.

First attempt, it won't be the last.
