    Saturday 23rd of April- Capital Strength Competition

    Had an awful week in the run up to the competition and wasnt sure that I was going to do it. Mind was elsewhere. In the end I decided to do it the morning of and not let people down but planned on going uber light.

    Warmed up, felt great and ended up having a great meet! Finally got a 50kg snatch in competition!! Which had been a huge mental thing for me for nearly 2years :/ Turns out that when I am all over the place and my head isnt fully in the competition I end up doing great! There was still a couple of kg left in the bag on both snatches and clean and jerks.
