    Yup! Squatting 3x a week and the extra conditioning pushed me over the edge. Caught it pretty early so I reckon it'll be grand in a few days.

    You're forgetting to mention ibuprofen..I'm eating them like smarties.:pac::pac:

    LOL...I ****in LOVE roses!! One xmas I actually went from 52kg to 57kg in the space of 10days from eating roses :'( No lie!! Hanley actually saw my obesity after that Xmas...I still remember him telling me how fat my face had gotten :D:D Was too funny

    I might try and do some pulls tomorrow..I'll see how my knees are holding up. They already feel 10 times better than Monday though :)

    Was clever Friday and didn't train in the hopes that my knees would be good for S!aturday.

    Bit of pain warmup up but once I started snatching was grand. Worked up to my snatch opener for next week-44kg...fingers crossed im confident enough to open up with it on the day! I've opened at 43kg too many times at this stage:pac:

    46kg x F..the bar was there..just wasnt expecting it/ wasnt aggressive enough

    Clean and jerks felt savage until I went for my opener-59kg...clarked it cos my head was all mental. Head wouldnt let me jump under the bar for fear of my knees:(:(
    With a bitta encouragement I got up to a piss easy 57kg so hopefully my head wont screw me over next weekend

    The problem is getting so far ahead so soon and then sitting back til you realise you've loads to do.

    I was a mile ahead, sat on my laurels and ended up having to avail of the 5-hour service from the Thesis Centre.

    I miss my portion of mobility work. Don't get enough done at home

    Saturday 16th of December- Xmas Comp!!!:)

    Weighed in at 55.6kg

    Snatches
    Warmed up as far as 38kg then we realised that I was next up with an opener of 44kg and hadnt taken my last two warmup ups. Went to take one really last quick warmup at 41kg but the bar was misloaded:(:( Had to drop my opener to 43kg cos there was no way in hell i could make a jump from 38kg

    Snatches
    43kgx 43kg 46kg

    Shouldn't have missed the first snatch but my head was all over the place

    Clean and Jerks

    Was supposed to open at 59kg but my warmups felt heavy. Warmed up as far as 55kg

    56kg/59kg/62kgx

    62kg clean was a beauty just a pity I missed the jerk:(

    Had an absolutely savage day and night with all my lifting peeps. Still not recovered yet and I have DOMs:(

    No PBz or Comp PBz but pretty darn happy with my FULL cleans:)

    Got invited to go meet and train with an Olympian tomorrow :eek::eek::eek:

    Absolutely SAVAGE night in CF15!!! Was ridiculously excited and hyper for the entire night. There was a great buzz in the place.

    Apti was an absolutely gent!! ...an insanely strong gent..did 130 for a snatch double after a few warmup sets. :eek:

    As much as I love RWC..I really loved training in UL too!
