    Thursday 23rd of August
    Been eating pretty clean since I got back from holidays, but am only starting to count kcals today. I work best when I'm accountable to someone..or when I'm trying to beat something so got the ole fats checked today to spur me on. Operation Get Lean is well and truely under way:)

    Weight-55.3kg Fats-98mm
    In fairness was pretty ok with the fats- 2 weeks hols + plenty of pizza, pasta and icecream and no conditioning in a month..(which was all thoroughly enjoyed) .and the fats aint THAT bad..they're not THAT good either..but they shall be:D

    Pullups- 4, 4, 3, 3
    Really need to sit down and come up with a proper plan on upping the pullup numbers and reaching the golden number 10 before Xmas. I'm pretty sure high vol band pullups are the way to go for me..as breathing when tired seems to be one of the top issues with them

    Went for a sports massage this afternoon and it was absolutely savage! I'm definitely recommending the place to everyone. She quickly noticed all my problems before I told her and really, really went to town on them. Very painful at the time, but feel great now :)

    Saturday 25th August-Ladies Squad Session in ECB

    Brilliant day was had, really well organised with plenty of coaches on hand. Got to meet a few new faces too!

    Friday 31st August

    Got my fats done again today. Down from 98mm to 87mm in a week. Pretty damn happy with that. Efforts to kcal count didnt work out too well but hopefully I'll get it right this week.

    whoops...a lot of messing..hamstrings a bit tired from yesterday

    Snatch Pulls
    Same set up as snatch...turns out they're not deadlifts:(
