    So has everyone started now? We were told we'd be in from 9:00 till 1:20pm today, and got off at half 9. For about 20 of those minutes we were just taking as well. :/

    Yeah, I'm back. Day one was just talking about the year. Day 2 was classes, but two of them were PE, two of them were IT (and they were spent checking if the computers were working. Mine was, so I spent the class setting up a proxy >:D) and we didn't even do any English in our English class (our English teacher is the year co-coordinator, so he basically repeated everything he said yesterday)

    Still, I think that the year might actually get good...

    The internet in my school is pretty heavily filtered, so I installed a copy of Firefox 4 and set it up to run through a proxy. This way, if something I want to see is blocked, I can open up Firefox and view it.

    We can't install programs on our systems so we have to boot Firefox from a stick if we want to use it.

    Our system is heavily filtered as well but there is a flaw in the system. http://www.youtube might be blocked but https://www.youtube isn't blocked.

    LC year is shiiit (academically!) so far.
    I actually feel guilty for not studying each night :pac:

    The socializing side seems to be picking up from this weekend onwards though :) yay!

    We haven't done any Irish yet. \o/
    Our teacher seems to think that we will be getting a new teacher soon so just lets us sit and talk for the class.
    Tomorrow is a pretty class day. Start with Technology, then History (my teacher makes it really interesting), Science (the teacher does everything through practical demonstrations), Sociology (we are starting an initiative that involves us helping Special Children our age) and a double computers to finish. :D

    Whole class is going along with anyone who's doing Ag science in 5th/6th year. They have to do stuff but we just g et to wander around for the whole day.
