You'll need 10,000 posts to get your next star :D
Either that or become a moderator

    or become a subscriber. ;)

I have no idea what the stars mean. All I know is that I have 4 and they are coloured in.

Nearly at 10,000 posts as well. I don't know if its a good thing or something to be ashamed of.

    You currently have 506 posts.

Your current post rate according to the stats tab on your profile is 5.33 a day.

That means that in 1781.2 days or 4.88 years you'll get another star.

    - That's the 20th of August 2015, 4 years, 10 months and 16 days away.

Ah yes, I forgot that subscribers have 4 stars too. They don't really mean very much any more. I joined 4 years ago and they were almost meaningless at that stage! The different colours are useful for telling different user-groups apart though. Regular posters, moderators, administrators, site-developers, commercial reps and subscribers have different colours and numbers of stars.

    Hmmmm......

Or just Subscribe for €5 I suppose - But that's cheating and usually only done to gain access to the Sex and Sexuality Forum - ie. Pervert territory

People really over-estimate the S&S forum. We've had more posts in this thread since July than the whole S&S forum has had since January. There's a fairly major over-haul of that forum being negotiated in these two threads at the moment:

    one (public)
    two (restricted)

    lol, nice math.....
