    Finally got round to reading the report. Well feckin done. As the others said - i t was always going to happen and would have in London only for your set back then.

    Great report too, I was wondering whether you eventually caught up with and re-took the Snow White dress-wearing Chinese man!

    Just wondering what do you feel was the difference this time around to give you that extra time? not getting injured, extra mileage, extra tempo?

    And how did you find the daniels workouts?
