Have to say I was a bit dissapointed by this one - I love a good building projection thingy but this one didn't make much use of the building itself except for a few small clips.

Also for a 50th anniversary thing it was all about Matt bar a small sequence at the end where they quickly flash through the faces of all 11 docs..

Is it just me or does that seem to fail at the most basic element of being a Mr Potato Head: it's a single block of moulded plastic and the eyes/nose/ ears etc. don't detach!

It does look that way but the Star Wars ones had detachable pieces so I would find it weird if this didn't. It has jut been announced, maybe the picture is just to give an idea of the real thing?

Don't know if anyone listens to Beat102103 but a few weeks a go the regular presenter of the Irish Beats show, Rob O'Connor had his last programme, which also featured the new presenter. When this was being plugged on the Beat Breakfast show it was billed as being 'like a regeneration episode', , before introducing the new presenter as 'the new Doctor!'
