Yeah, when I first saw the pic I was thinking "For the same reason the companions didn't just turn to dust when they went to the future." Wouldn't be much of a time machine if it disappeared going into the past.

Thanks. I'm a huge fan of time travel stories so I feel like I have a pretty good grasp on the different types of time travel and the effects you get from it.

I just couldn't understand how anyone could seriously ask that question!

I always thought Sean Pertwee looked awfully like his father, seems he dressed up as the 3rd Doctor for Halloween. The likeness really is uncanny (though it'd be understandable if he never wanted to actually play the role of the 3rd Doctor in the series)
