can i ask how heavy the bench (cf430) alone is? thanks

    Hi,

It's this package that he bought. Prices appear to have gone up since he bought. Delivery is a little under 50 pounds but I'd advice you to email them (or chat to them on live chat) and ask for free delivery if you decide to buy. You could ask them about the weight of the bench whilst you're at it as it doesn't seem to be quoted on the website.

On a side note, I've been considering this package since last month but the price recently went up from £779.99 to £1,007.99. There goes that plan!!!!

Some very good home gyms on here. I think that for the sake of thoroughness, we should have a boards gym session where we all visit each home gym to make sure that they're in good working order...

When I get mine set up in the near future, I'll only charge you all 20 euro per month of 5 euro on a PAYG basis.... :D

This thread gave me 'itchy trigger fingers'... I've just ordered a rack, bench and oly weights set :D

I've put my current set up for sale on Adverts. Do you think it's a reasonable starting price? I know it'll not fetch this but I might get a lower offer - especially if someone from Donegal spots it. The advert is here (mods please remove if this isn't allowed).

They've had one of these in Westwood for ages.

I can't tell if people are being serious or not, but it's just stored that way for space saving. Although that guy has ample space so dunno why he has it upright.

No - it's a different machine, though based on similar principles.

It all looks good on Irish Lifting but the dumbells are like 2 grand for 50kg, whats the story there?

They're not, the 2K price is for the set from 25kg to 50kg.

50kg DBs are €175 each, €3.50 per kg.

Give them a call for the price for shipping, they're sound, but i think it is free over €500

*edit, didn't even realise there was a third page and this had already been answered*
