2 things I hate.

1) The wink smilie, I am sorry even if your post is perfectly accurate and cures cancer, I won't read it if you put a in it. It just comes across like a smug muppet who thinks he knows better than everyone else when they use it.

2) Will Ferrell. The man is just unfunny, has no comedic timing, the looks I get when I say this is unbelievable.

Lord of the Rings. I'm sorry, but is this not a film for 10 year olds? How the hell did it get so popular? And the end of the last film....I had my jacket on in the cinema expecting the closing credits...half hour later i was still sitting there in my jacket. Cinematic torture, and I paid for it.

Liverpool are boreing to watch play and the Lord of the rings films and the book are very very overratted!

I think the fact that I've watched Liverpool play, read and watched the Lord of the rings i'm entitled to my opinion. Now if I hadn't of done any of this my opinion would be worth absolutely nothing because I wouldn't be in a place to give my opinion.

I think it's perfectly ok to not like something as long as you've made even a tiny attempt to see what the fuss was about.

I find it very very very annoying and the height of ignorance when people go on about how they don't like something when the havn't bothered to give the film/book/game/programme/person...etc a chance!

To say it is Overated, is being kind, I despise it with a passion.

I can't understand how anyone would not figure what the **** Rosebud was by the end of the film.

Even if that weren't the case, the movie has ZERO plot and really just one long pretentious yawn fest.

I'm sick to the back teeth of reading Top Films Of All Time lists and seeing it at the top when it shouldn't even be on the damn list at all. let alone the fact that everyone names the damn thing as being the best as if it is indisputable.

With movies like The Roaring Twenties, White Heat, The 39 Steps, On The Waterfront, Angels With Dirty Faces, The Searchers, I Confess, The Hustler, Scarface (1932), To Kill A Mocking Bird, Cape Fear, The Maltese Falcon etc etc etc; how in the name of God could Citizen Kane be even jokingly be suggested as the greatest movie of all time.

Welles didn't do anything that could be considered new or unique, it was all done before and in infinitely better ways too. The use of flashback, low cutting shots, snapping dialogue that overlaps; all done before despite the idiots who constantly regurgitate the same old tired lines about how wells was a cinematic genius.

He wasn't, he was far from it, he made one of the most boring, drawn out, substance free films in cinema history.

Really it is a form of porn, as it's the best example of a director masturbating with a roll of film that you will ever see.

Haven't seen the rest of the movies but those ones are brilliant. Paul Newman is in all the best movies. If anyone reading this hasn't seen The life and times of Judge Roy Bean, go now and watch it.

Oh and I haven't seen Citizen Kane but I'm not going out of my to see it way now!
