Someone said that Yoko Ono was the Japanese novelist noted for Norwegian Wood. Not impressed.

Found Superbad lying around on DVD. Never knew we had it and I never saw it so decided I might as well.

The Dark Knight Rises has been out less than 24 hours and some dude on the train already nearly spoiled it for me. Ugh this is going to be impossible

The Wedding Singer + a bowl of Crunchy Nut = instant gratification. :D

I found it very funny when a guy coming out of the screening before mine said this...

Did they bring back Robin yet?

  • Registered Users Posts: 5,378 ✭✭✭Duffy the Vampire Slayer

Yes, his first scene was a homage to this...

Batman really was deadly! It lives up to the hype

Banes voice is more comedic than intimidating though,it sounds like a cuddly old granddad who has been playing with autotune.

    War on TV3 tonight. :D

There's just something about Jason Statham that I really like.

Bane sounds like a mix between Darth Vader and Sean Connery

And is based on a traveller

I don't know what Hardy was ****ein on about, he doesn't sound a bit like the Traveller he apparently based it on.

I'm watching The Little Vampire at the moment, watched Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs earlier and Madeline the other day. Netflix has me on a bit of a kids movie binge!

I've only discovered Thank God You're Here today. It's really funny! I'd love to try it :P

(Celebrities are dressed up and walk through a door into a scene that they know nothing about. They then make up their part of the script as they go along)

    Breaking Bad <333 dayum

I am watching it myself on TG4 every Thursday night.

Best show ever. Bryan Cranston, from Malcolm and the Middle fame, who plays the leading role in the show is excellent - one of the most under rated actors out there. Thursday nights have now become the hihlight of my week thnaks to Breaking Bad :D

The Descendants! Really good movie! Admittedly I spent most of it gawking at Shailene Woodley...

Just getting in to Conan recently. Quite funny, and I normally don't go for shows of that particular format.

    "Name a weakness of Batman?"
    "Guns."
    "Name another?"
"Someone throwing a toaster in while he's taking a bath."
    "Another?"
    "Shellfish allergies."

    :pac:
