    Gonna try cutting for a bit. Prob a terrible idea as I am going to France in the morning for 2 weeks with no access to the gym.

    Bcaa in water + Gym

    25grams protein +45 grams glucose

    Tablespoon cottage cheese, peanutbutter, blueberries blended up

    2 rashers + 2 eggs

    Salmon + califlower with cheese sauce

    Left rear delt had some major doms before gyming. Didnt notice it on barbell OH press, but it was a bitch on DB pushpress.

    Just a sh1tload of shoulder stuff. Rolling my left shoulder with a tennis ball seems to have removed all tightness. Did 20 mins of foam rolling as part of a warm up.

    94.7kg on waking, losing a lot of weight but not gaining any definition.

    All the dumbbells in the Galway City Gym are at least 3kg heavier than stated, they be all welded and sh1t.

    Woke up late today so decided on a quick cardio session.
