I was having the best game I've ever played earlier, was playing TDM on Derail, I'd killed the entire enemy team and got a sentry gun and stuck it in the centre building where everyone clambers to defend at first, it was mowing them down, and it was in a spot where they couldnt get at it to disable it, my highest kill streak ever before this was 9, now it was 16, and still climbing, I'd run off to get an ac-130, that was on the way, I was going to hit 25 kills easily, and THE FCUKING CONNECTION WENT, arrrrrrgggggghhhh!

I checked afterwards to see if the stats registered, nope, still have a 9 kill max streak, well **** these servers anyway

play the objective.(not capping flags doesn't bother me that much but at least defend the things not run away from them)

commando, worst perk in the game. Any bit of lag and when you met one they just teleport 50m and stab u. A load of onlyusemeblade wannabes...

increases knife radius(in pro stops damage from jumpin from heights)

its just the combination of that and no local search that turns it into a rage quiting perk

stops you taking damage when you fall, i use it as I find it really handy in maps like Terminal and Quarry where if you're stuck you can dive out of a window or off a ledge to take a quick getaway as theres a lot of high surfaces in it, its kinda useless if you're not going all stabby on maps like wasteland though

That should not be happening wit stoppping power on unless they had painkiller on but doubt it.. Very harsh, you could have got one bullet 2 kills there.

I hate when you are playing, and then there is those who mic spam, but it's in such broken English you only understand about half of it. I know you can mute them, but in a hectic game, or when you are trying to be stealthy cause an enemy is near you, and then they just burst out with some random gibberish, it can really throw you off. I also hate the team-mates not helping to defend something like a bomb mentioned above, I was playing in skidrow before, one lad planted the bomb, and it was just me and him defending the thing, the rest of the team was off camping our bomb site (it was sabotage). We managed to get the thing blown up, but it wasn't helpful that it was 2 v the other team. I suppose we were kinda lucky most of the other team sucked a bit.

Hilarious. You get put on a team full of French people (for example) and you give out about them talking among themselves. They have some cheek!!

I don't mean them talking amongst themselves, I mean yelling about being shot, or just doing something incredibly stupid. Or spending half the match calling a good player on the other team "nooob" like they can actually hear them. At least if they typed it, they could get the point across, yelling it so your team mates can't hear someone running towards you doesn't help.

I know how to mute people, its just a pain having to do it halfway through a match when you havent been killed and dont get the time to bring up the scoreboard

That annoys me, that if you accidentally get a challenge you havent unlocked it doesnt count, some of them are almost impossible to do intentionally

The worst thing about this game is the bastards who play it.

Picture the scene. Ground war on high rise. Domination. Scores are extremely tight with neither team holding down any particular base for a dominating game. The scores are 194 - 193. We're Losing. But we have base C and B. I've just respawned down beside the tank near B. Thn the dreaded words. "we're losing B". Panic immediately sets in. We're going to lose this, but wait. On my map a lot of little green arrows show up beside me. We're saved surely between the 5 of us we can defend B.

But they're not moving. And then I see why. Two flairs, puffing red smoke. Care packages. but we're going to lose B, and the games nearly over. Why are they waiting for care packages? As I observe this and process the information in a split second, a care package from the heavens falls and kills me.

I respawned beside C. We lose B and we lose the game. Not a care package Or a braincell used.

I read before that games like this promote violence, and it's always something I've disagreed with. I'm starting to think I was wrong though because if I had've gotten my hands on them in real life I'd have wrung their necks.

People stupidly using care packages is annoying alright, like guys who just respawned wasting time using a resupply one, or sticking a sentry gun in the stupidest place possible where an enemy can easily knife it, grrrrr

I'd have to say I have used one just as I re-spawned, I wasn't 100% sure what they contained, And thought it might be something cool :pac:

When I got a Resupply box I couldn't use I quickly fled from the scene so I wouldn't be called a "noob" :rolleyes:

The crates tell you whats in them, a plane is a harrier strike, a radar dish is a UAV, and it should say ammo if its a resupply one. I love using them as bait if its just a uav or ammo drop, enemies will usually figure you'll be going for the crate you called in, so keep close by and you can get some easy kills, or stick a claymore on the crate
I got one of my funniest kills ever where I had an airdrop as my 4 kill reward and sentry gun as my 5, I got the 5 kills so set off the marker for the sentry, then an enemy came over and went prone in front of the crate trying to steal it so I lobbed the marker for the airdrop at him, he never noticed and the crate flattened him and to make it funnier he came back to get his revenge figuring i'd still be accessing the crate, but he was met with a sentry gun standing where I just was, mwahahaha:D Its moments like that that make this game amazing despite all the bullsh1t that goes along with playing it.

The bitchiness of other players, especially on this forum, bugs me, every time someone starts a thread or a comment on some killstreak they were on theres some moany fcuker who has something negative to say "oh sure you were camping" "oh you were just running about mindlessly, theres no skill in that" "you were using perks and racking up a killstreak in TDM, how dare you!" These guys must all play the game differently to every other player in the world if they dont use perks, apply their killstreak rewards and actually, y'know get kills in TDM, thats the entire point of that mode!

I've been accused of camping while staying near a flagpoint in domination, ffs as opposed to what? running off and letting the enemy take our position? the entire concept is capture and defend, not capture then run off somewhere else.

You use grenade launchers to clear a room full of guys you know are holed up ("camping") and you get accused of noobtubing, you run in to clear them out and you're witching, pick them off with a sniper and you're camping, ffs changing how you play to suit the scenario is the entire point of the game. People give out to me for using Ninja Pro, well yeah its a perk that lets me flank enemies and get kills...and? should I just run towards them in open areas while they're standing behind a sentry gun?

So for all the whingers/begrudgers/accusers, please upload some videos of YOU playing the game without using perks, never stopping for more than a second for fear of camping accusations, and happily foregoing calling in that ac-130 you just got as a killstreak. But you wont, you'll continue to bash other players and further ruining whatever community COD once had.

Figuring out how to take on guys with a different skillset to you is why I love playing this, take Highrise, theres a guy sniping in the middle window of one office block, I'm in the other, he's already taken out a few teammates, so do I let him kill me, switch class to a sniper myself and get rid of him? do I switch to ninja,marathon and cold blooded and try get around and behind him? do I fire a few grenades his way? or do I just charge over there and hope for the best?theres a half dozen ways to tackle almost every scenario in it.

I hear you!!Its only noobtubing when you cant see anyone and hope for a lucky kill..firing 1 into a room full of chickens isnt.Playing cautiously isnt camping either and using perks that are in the game isnt cheating(although the stabby stabby class can be annoying..but again they normally have a circuit on any particular map and are then easy to take out).

I use an assault rifle with a silencer,scavenger pro,ninja pro and the otherclass that you dont show up on uav.And I dont camp just hand out silent invisble death especially if you get behind them.I quite enjoy the messages I recieve:D
