2 straight games of Domination my team got creamed there, all because most of them were little quickscoping noobs who were out for their "skillz" kills, playin on Highrise, spawned at C, simple flag to take, its all of 20 feet away from in the initial spawn point, so I took it, alone. The rest all went off looking for camping spots, we lost 85-200, morons. You can tell they were noobs as well as none of them had ghillie suits so they obviously werent very good sniperzzzz

That only bothers me if they sit there for the whole game/ majority of it.

I run around and switch to my shotguns if i hear someone coming, and sit in a corner as i know where they will be walking.

There's a fine line between shotgun camping and not.

well yeah if someone shows up on the UAV right near me or I see a teammate get killed I'll hang back and wait a few secs, thats just common sense, its the guys who lay prone with 2 rangers pointing at a well used doorway that wreck my head.

That's exactly it. No skill at all. Fair enough if you hear someone coming or UAV shows them comin in, but not when it's all you do. Gah

Yep shotguns are generally a pain in the arse, although running around with the spas silenced is savage craic.

Really though the shotguns should be a primary weapon just like COD4.

why? I'd love to have a shotgun primary with a handgun as a secondary class, I mostly use the SPAS anyway so its the first thing i chane to as soon as a game starts.

why in the fcuk am I showing up on guys baby monitors?! i had ninja pro and cold blooded pro on and in the guys killcam, there I am showing up on his fcuking HBS, pussies use those things, sitting in one place hoping someone comes past so they can add another kill to their precious k/d/r, he got a shotgun blast to the head a few seconds later though, heh.

Ive stopped using ninja pro because of how often that happened me,another thing that's pissing me off is the amount of killcams i've seen where someone walks through a doorway after me and stands over the claymore I've just put down and blasts me out of it,the claymore goes off but no damage whatsoever.

This weekend was a very poor weekend for me.

Consitent loses and poor K/D ratio's, I just couldnt get into any games.

On the plus side, ive new fond love for the TAR and kept getting plenty of throwning knives kills.

God i hate when i get killed by some fooooker throwing a knife.

I think there's a tip on the Cod Wiki's Claymore page saying to put them backwards because it'll catch people as they're running in or something...

Yup here's the tip :
"Some of the more effective methods of claymore placement are to put them inside "non-colliding" debris on the ground, inside cardboard boxes (such as the ones on Highrise), facing almost completely the other direction from an entry point where an enemy will attempt to run past the claymore but really be blown up from behind, and sometimes even placed out in the open in a high traffic area right in the middle of the road."

It doesn't make much sense to me to be honest. Why blow them up from behind, when you can blow them up from the front, and have a higher chance of doing so?

Lightweight usually counters claymores, I've ran through loads and taken damage but survived. and of course you can commando teleport if you have it on.

Yup, lightweight sometimes combined with jumping works for me.
Had a crap weekend of playing, just couldn't seem to get into it, I always seemed to be a split second behind others but can't really blame lag.

I normally hate the ACOG scope but said I'd put one on an AUG (a gun I never use) and that probably didn't help my gaming either

I dont like the ACOG on any gun except the Intervention, love it on that. I put one on my SCAR and hated it, took it off after one game its better with the iron sights.

I only ever use the ACOG to get the thermal scope, and never use that either other than to complete challenges. Although I keep intending to unlock it on a sniper rifle for maps like Wasteland and Highrise etc.

my claymores are goin off just the odd time they have no effect,i remember one lad followed me into a room on favela,he was after been shot at and his screen was covered in blood,he stood right over the claymore it must have been between his legs,it went off no damage,then blasted me with a shotgun,it should have blown his balls apart.

I got killed last night by a teammates claymore. I was walking towards the claymore when a guy came around the corner and set it off. Boom. He flies over my head from the explosion but I died too. I thought he'd commando'd me, but the kill feed said claymore.. I didn't think I could die like that, in the same way that I can't be stunned by a teammates flashbang...

4th prestige. Maxed out level 70.

I've specifically told him never to touch my profile but use the Guest profile I created ages ago. So he should never been on it let alone on MW2 and let alone prestiging for me

I just wanted to work on maxing out my guns and what not as I was sick of having to it all over again I prestiged.

He's only 7 but ****ing hell was I raging(stupid to be annoyed over such a thing but you know... :pac:)

I had a good day yesterday for some reason, consistently every match was a good K/D ratio and for once I kept winning. Most matches I got around 60/30, 50/25 and for some reason I got the 5:1 K/D Ratio challenge at 41/30 lol

I'm pissed off though, I can never manage to get a really high killstreak, it's 15 at the moment and yesterday on Derail I was on a roll, we captured the HQ at the house near the weird radio tower looking thing and I was last alive, managed to get 10 kills and called in a chopper but it did **** all. Didn't get a single kill for me despite their being a full enemy team. Anyway, trying to get the 12th kill I was killed by a noob tube, as usual it's always a cheap kill like that or martyrdom. Then I got another chopper and it only got 1 kill.

I'm sick of this, half the time when an enemy gets one it's constant kill after kill, but when I get one NOTHING happens. I think I'll change my killstreak rewards to something different, on the odd time I manage to get up to 11 kills.

When I use CBP and see a Predator / Chopper / AC130 I scramble to get away from teammates as fast as possible, which is usually easy to do as they all tend to run in the same direction.

Played so bad the weekend i had to put my killstreaks back to 3/4/5

change your killstreaks to 3-4-5, its so much less hassle and you concentrate more instead of worrying about getting killed, plus you can luck out with care packages, I was in a game with it_mo_spas the othe night and got 3 care packages with 3 harriers, it was awesome The uav is a really underrate killstreak imo, you can co-orindate attacks better when you know where people are.

I had mine set to 3-4-5 for awhile when my K/D ratio went down, but got fed up with people stealing care packages and getting ammo crates I changed it to 3-5-6. I agree with the UAV, it helps knowing where they are and usually half my team wont have the UAV, probably want space for the nuke they'll never get :rolleyes:
