Fat and tall. You can change your weight, not your height.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 1,462 ✭✭✭MaybeLogic

    I'm tall and slim.
    Works for me.
    Size doesn't matter, surely?

I'm five foot seven and don't mind it.. I'd hate to be worried about weight.

When I see fat people, I think "why did you let yourself get fat?".
When I see short people, I don't think "why did you let yourself get small?".

I'd rather be a fat slob. Big men are an easy target if you're taking pot shots at them, but small people are an easy target for bullies.

Can i be fat and small so i can just roll away from my enemies?

dont forget to take the poll people...

losing weight is not an option here, if your fat, your fat. :D

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 94 ✭✭DaveSlats

    Fat, obviously.

    You can lose weight.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,221 ✭✭✭BluesBerry

Id go for fat and tall taller people carry weight better and as said before you can lose the weight

I wouldn't like being very small you would run the risk of being called a leprechaun and need a stool to get things from presses

i would pick a fat/tall man over a skinny midget anyday.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 11,554 ✭✭✭✭alwaysadub

I am small and thin. I'd look even smaller if i was with a fat and tall man. So i'd pick small and thin for him too-once he's not smaller than me though!!

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 8,595 ✭✭✭bonerm

I imagine the OP means fat with no option to lose weight? Otherwise it's like asking "would you rather be deaf or blind ..... given that a cure for blindness has just been invented."

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 361 ✭✭teddy_303

For Men: Fat. u can lose weight, or you could say its a fuel tank for a sex machine. Personally, I'm built more for comfort than speed I'm happy to say.:)

For Ladies: Small: You are simply demure and ladylike surely, no?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,467 ✭✭✭Wazdakka

I'd choose a short skinny girl any day over a tall fat one.

Then again I'm 6ft4 and the things you can do with a short girl are great fun ;)

Fat and tall, losing weight is easy.

    i beg to differ

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 11,178 ✭✭✭✭NothingMan

    How fat is FAT?

At least when you're fat you have all the fun of eating and drinking to maintain your weight.

If you're short and skinny then that's an affliction with no perks I can see.

Yes, because we also have lazy people who eat a lot of bad food.

Because it's alright to make fun of people of a certain genetic predisposition once race doesn't come into the question.

I think we need an approximate weight

5ft 7 is what you're using for small? Sure the average height of men is something like 5ft 8" or 5ft 9" !!

    Sure it is..

I will now share with you, and indeed the entire internet the closely guarded and ancient secret to loosing weight.

    1.)Stop eating bad food.
2.)Get off your fat ass and exercise.
3.)Learn that the above two wont be as part of a diet or seasonal detox, They are your default state of being for the rest of your life.

    See,
    Easy.

Or rough it out in a concentration camp for a while.

Let's ignore the metabolism here, for it plays no part in losing weight.

    ^ What Wazdakka says...

Edit: Not what SV says, as I'm of the opinion low metabolism levels is for people with low levels of activity.
Remember, you never see an athletic person with a slow metabolism!

What in TODAY'S society, is starving yourself the only way to become thin?

OK!! I'll just to go North Korea and ask politely if I can be a prisoner in one of their consentration camps for a year or two.

No no no, he meant camps where you go to concentrate on things. Scienticians have proven that excessive thinking leads to weight loss.

No it doesn't and what the hell is "scientician", don't you mean "scientist" or dietician?

Not at all, when I was training for rowing, 8 times a week I still had an extremely slow metabolism.
Can't be changed for me, tried everything!

but it's irrelevant, it was still possible to lose weight but it's not easy.

Well eating healthy and exercising often would be my preferred choice.

But then again, I firmly believe that if you are overweight, then you choose to be.
If you have decided that you want to loose weight and haven't done it yet, your just lazy in my opinion.

I'd take tall and overweight over small.

Assuming overweight as a irreducible condition for the sake of the poll. Take note, nitpickers.

Well I'm both fat and small :D

But if I had to choose one, I'd like to be small.

I'm only going by Eric Cartman's advice.
