I'm looking forward to Mw2 and CoD 4 more than playing Blops when I go home next week. Yea Blops is more balanced, but I'm starting to agree with you more about Mw2 being way more fun.

I find it hard to believe some of the crap that goes on in this game, the most annoying being the Usain Bolt moon walkers with 15 foot long arms who are impervious to bullets. Its absolutely ridiculous. Played a game last night and this bloke literally ran around in circles stabbing people from miles away, no one could touch him, everyone just left.
    ...

LOL :D Was the care package glitch still there after 3 months ?? Thats insane, thank **** i didnt start playing MW2 till near summer time.

Apparently so, I didn't start playing until Mid-May I don't think. One +1 for Treyarch that they're making a good stab at patching things and the same can't be said for IW, as the care pack glitch wasn't the only one that was unfixed for 3 months.

3-4 months to actually patch CP and Akimbo 1887's to be exact.

Saw a comment recently claiming IW would have patched things in MW2 a lot sooner if not for the head ponchos falling out with the Activision. Me arse.

Anyone who played COD4 remembers how slack they were with patching that. I don't think they ever patched certain things like the Overgrown glitch which is similar to the rock glitch in Fuel but only 100 times worse as it was in the middle of the map where a lot of traffic went through!

I've never seen the Overgrown glitch, but from seeing the hatred for the Fuel rock glitch, it must have been bad

I'd love to know how people found a random rock in the middle of nowhere that they could climb in to?

Reminds me one night of Perrin (the V2 variety) trying to make sweet, sweet love to the rock in an attempt to get in but failing miserably. :D

Well assuming you have played Overgrown, you literally went into a hill in the riverbed right in the center of the map where the intersection was.

Anyone making a mid point crossing, on the wooden bridge, in the damaged house beside the bridge or was in the riverbed was dead most of the time There was absolutely no way of killing the glitching so and so.

I had my most frustrating game arguably in COD playing Sabotage there. Did my damnedest to get keep to match going and even got it to sudden death despite the enemy planting 8 times. One guy on their team spent the entire match in the hill pretty much(he had to kill himself for ammo) with an RPD and Bandolier. Went on a 85 killstreak. My teammates were simpletons, lambs to the slaughter.

Rock glitch in Fuel you say? Would this be at the back of the map where all the snipers camped?
If so, it would explain a lot.

    Yea here

I miss camping up high on the biggest rock and picking people off with a thermal barrett as they scrambled to get into it and not get shot :D

I never really got into MW2 online, but I do remember being perplexed on numerous occasions when I did play, on where the guy who was killing me was hiding.
    Thanks.

If anyone's been playing MW2 recently...holy f*cking god every single lobby is hacked.

Stopped playing it for a week to try boring ops and no issues with hacks?
if anything the game is more enjoyable these days.

The countless games I've played have been infact worse than I have ever encountered! Constant tubing/hacking and camping. Frustrating and horrible to play.

Each to their own of course!

I was playing it over the weekend with no problems. Bit of tubing and commando, but nothing over the top.

Was fun to go for a nuke again. Was a little to easy in fairness, though. The game did have it's flaws.

lot more enjoyable than BO apart from the odd hack, some fncker changed my clan tag to the C word. Iam not that bad:D

I still play this every day, never liked blops traded it the day after I got it so I've been happily playing mw2 since blops came out without too many problems, hacked lobbies are a pain though on certain game types but there easy enough to spot while waiting just look for the spinning skull anyone has it just leave the lobby.

It's been said time and time before, I love to play MW2 but the community playing it has completely and utterly ruined it for me. We all know the frustrating stuff DC / OMA / Tubes / LW+Com+Mara / QSing (some don't mind it but I hate it) / campers etc.

The only reason I'm playing BO is it basically has none of these problems, it's a lot more balanced and this basically makes it a playable CoD to me. If Treyarch had the same game graphics / physics / game engine making capabilities IW have, it would be the perfect CoD IMO.

From what I've heard though there is extremely bad problems on PS3 with lag / connection which would certainly ruin it.

Liked BO at the start it was prob cause of new maps but got to stage that i thought it was going to feck up ps3..

I've encountered about 1-2 hacked lobbies every day I'm on now.

What I don't understand is why people bother? What's the point in playing if all you're doing is getting kill after kill without doing anything. I can understand that it might be fun for the first 5-10 mins but surely it just gets boring after a while.

Exactly what type of hacks are being used? I know there's always been 10th lobbies but is there much of a problem with say wallhacks and aimbots?

Basically the host sets up the game whatever way they want, some are good crack like random weapon changes and stuff like that but mostly it's just pointless running around in the sky, jumping 50 feet in the air, invisible players, invincible players, unlimited noobtubes etc.
Was in a strange one last night that every so often everyone would end up in the same spot,it was usually an inaccessible place like on the road with the cars going by on carnival or somewhere off the map like that, just looked odd.

Mainly it's either people flying, people jumping ridiculous heights, the hacker getting headshots on the entire enemy team with 1 shot. Seen the hacker being invincible and with the capability of teleporting all the other players beside him. Unlimited killstreaks. Anything you can think of really.
