Can't see Freeney completing 60 minutes

For 13 straight years the NFC has won the coin toss? What are the odds of that happening? Whoa!

8,192 to 1 according to Wikipedia

NO don't want to go three and out to often too early.

Everything I don't like is either woke or fascist - possibly both - pick one.

3 and out, not a great start.
I think they should have tried for a short pass and try to get a drive going as opposed to trying to win it in 1 throw.

Off the top of my head I reckon about 8100 to 1. :)

One of the sports casters said this 13 straight NFC toss wins, which is hard to believe given the odds.

Stats question: So what are the odds NFC wins the toss next year?

Ya it's amazing isn't it. That's odd's of 1/2 to the power of 13 which is what? *googles*..... 1/8192.

That would 16,384 to one for foruteen straight years.

But the odds if winning it next are the same as any other year - 1 in 2

A+, lots of people fall for the coin having a memory.

Not an impressive start from the saints.
They really could have done with starting well.
    (Although that punt helps)

This could be interesting: my money's on Manning to get them a bit more space though.

Yep, I have to say, during the week my heart was saying Saints and my head was saying Colts. And while it's very early, that's still how I see it. The Colts are moving the ball and the Saints aren't yet, apart from with the boot!

TD colts! The Saints need to warm up and play better. 10 zip colts.

Time for Saints to get something on the board or I could be in bed by the half.

Bit of a test for the Saints now. Hopefully, they can put something on the board or this'll be a throwback to the onesided matches of the late 80s/early 90s

I know it's early but unless the Saints wake up this could become a blowout.

As a Broncos fan, don't even remind me of that!

If the Saints dont score on this drive, I cant see a way back for them even at this early stage. manning and Colts on fire

Manning is great at figuring out what a D is doing in the 1st or 2nd quarters and then making the adjustments and taking over in the second half. So far, no adjustments are needed, the Saints D, who are meant to mix it up a lot, haven't done anything yet...
