Eating very fresh fried eggs with the best balsamic vinegar and just a tiny pinch of salt, and knowing that the hen that laid them is a rescue, is happy, completely free-range, and treated like a pet. Delicious, and makes my tummy very happy too - the eggs, not the hen...
