Revis has a 'hamstring' problem ;) :pac:

I wonder do they have some sort of agreement worked out for next year.

I think the Jets will pay him next year.

O.J Murdock shoots himself in the head. Guy was signed by Titans as a Free Agent and missed 2011 due to injury.

Some good news - if my calculations are correct, yesterday was the last Sunday in which there will be no football until after the Super Bowl. The Hall of Fame game between the Cardinals and the Saints kicks off pre-season next Sunday and from there on in we have football back on every weekend with pre-season games on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday for 4 weeks before the regular season kicks off and, apart from week 1 of the regular season in which the opener is on a Wednesday, we have games every Thursday, Sunday and Monday for 17 weeks. Then the playoffs kick in before the season eventually ends with the Super Bowl on the 3rd of February.

So, we've made it through our last Sunday with no games and from now on we'll have some sort of football every week from now until the 3rd of February, a total of 26 weeks :)

Brady will take 1 snap, Peyton maybe 2 or 3, Brees a handful, Rodgers might complete a drive. My Colts might see some action out of Luck (2 drives?). Then it's pro-bowl lite for a few weeks.* ;)

    Roll on College Ball :)

*Tongue firmly in cheek before anyone jumps down my throat.

Steeler fan showed up to Indy's training camp wearing a James Harrison jersey

Was spotted by ex-Raven safety Tom Zbikowski who called over head coach Chuck Pagano

The fan was told to take it off and wear a Luck jersey or he'd be escorted out

All done in good humour :)

Mike Vick has an autobiography coming out on September 4th, should be a good read:
One of the most talented and polarizing athletes of our generation, Michael Vick's rags-to-riches to rags-to-redemption story has captured news headlines across the nation.

Michael Vick: Finally Free chronicles Michael's days growing up in a poverty-stricken neighborhood where he began playing football, his success on the field in high school and college, and his rise to stardom in the NFL. The book shows us how a young, gifted athlete's life spiraled out of control under the glare of money and fame.

Michael dives deep into every aspect of his life, including family, faith and football. He shares never-before-told details about his youth, career, conviction, imprisonment and his return to the NFL.

The book also tells the story of redemption. How a broken man sought and received forgiveness for his wrongs, was shown grace by the most unlikely people and had a fairy tale-like NFL season for the Philadelphia Eagles in 2010.

"Finally Free tells an amazing story," writes Tony Dungy in the book's foreword. "It's not pretty, but it's real. If you're like me – if you've ever done something in your life you wish you could take back, it will encourage you to learn that we serve a God of second chances and live in a country of second chances."

"The agreement to write the book came before the 2010 season when Michael was slotted to be a backup," said a spokesman for The Core Media Group, the publisher of Michael Vick: Finally Free. "He knew some parts of his book would show his life at rock bottom, but he wanted to share his story to help others, both youths and adults. Michael also wanted to take the chance to apologize, once again, for getting involved in fighting dogs and explain how his relationship with God was renewed during his time behind bars."

I really believe Vick is truly a changed a character. It's good to see. So often people "change" and then screw up further down the line. I really hope this doesn't happen Vick because he has potential to be a true inspiration. But the jury is still out a little bit.

did you see any of his documentary programs on BET? worth a watch if you are interested in him and how he fared after his release.

Anyone else surprised no team has taken a chance on Cedric Benson, Ryan Grant or Jeremy Shockey this offseason?

Bored and just looking at players in NFL commericals

Flacco is a good QB but he is damn awkward in front of a camera, cringeful

Manning however is a master, he has done some great ads
