Do we really need to book an area though, if they don't reserve one we could just rock up and take over the place

Anytime we have been there before it has been empty enough until after we arrive?

    WTF? Des, you disappoint me.

In other news, the Christmas jumper is on standby. By the looks of the current temperatures, I am going to need it.

My woman makes me wear a jingle bell in my pants all year round.

    But.

Yes, I think she shall be sent to procure me a suitable jumper tomorrow.

The Leinster game starts at 15H45.

You will have plenty of time to get to the pub in time. :)

    See you there.

  • Registered Users Posts: 12,633 ✭✭✭✭OldGoat

Is the non-boardsie rule the same as the First-timer rule? Carnations and buying drinks for everyone?

I'll only be around for a short while due to having somewhere better to go
See anyone who is there bright & early.

    I'm older than Minecraft goats.

Bring back some Toblerones. Or giant bars of Fruit & Nut. And one of those accessory packs for yore iPhone, that let you charge it from any USB device, with one of those funky cables that have two heads; maybe even a batter extender, you know the stuff. A box of those fancy mints would be nice too ... none of yore Fisherman's Friends, I'm thinking something more gourmet-y.

They have this solar-powered USB thingy that charges your iPhone.

You know, for when you are in the desert and stuff.

    How about a stuffed camel?

I've never eaten a camel ... I'd say there's good eating on them, especially if they taste of sausage and gravy.

I can confirm that camel tastes like a Bridgestone tyre that has done about 50 laps of Mondello.

Wasn't impressed with it at all.
