Completing a game even though you're sick of it

Basically when I get a game I need to complete it,even if I lose total interest in the game I still have to keep going till the end. It nags me to leave a game unfinished. How about yourself? I am cursed with this syndrome.
There are a few games that I have not finished but have on ny list before I can start others.

One game I completely abandoned was Kotor 2. Kotor is probably my favourite game but the crash issues I was experiencing whilst playing just annoyed me too much. Quit it with about 80% complete.
