    But I did get this....

I think yourself and Oisín need to create "The Metrosexual, kitchen and pantry delights thread!" :pac:

It really is god awful. They tried to mix a third person shooter with monster hunter. It's as bad as it sounds.

Don't think it's that bad at all, certainly better than the previous title in the series.
Anyways, I blame you, wouldn't have bought it at all but you brought it up after I posted the Lost Planet 3 trailer.
Plus, I have a well worn but loved Lost Planet 2 tee that I procured at the launch of that game, seems not right not to have the game but wear the clothes....
Besides, I was doing quite well in the game until this gods-awful giant worm/monster thingy came after me, frakker!

Sonic Jam is probably the best put together game collections I have ever owned, it's an amazing thing with everything a Sonic fan could have wanted, games, movies, soundtracks, an awesome hub world with plenty of easter eggs.
Couldn't agree with you more, was so jealous of the coloured manuals!
Did you try the Sonic World glitch?

The only part of Sonic R that's good was Tails Doll and the music! "can you feel the sunshine..." or "work it out", it was made by a genius!

Missile sound effects in that game are great!

Folk may also know this game as Ajax. Also a well known football team and a powdery cleaning product!

Typhoon is bloody awesome. Released in 1987 yet it has Super Famicom style Mode 7 rotation and scaling. Loads of different styles chucked in there. It's a beauty, and definitely an uncommon board.

The board I bought looks clean, like an untapped tin of pilchards. GET IN! :)

Ok, here goes... I've just done the majority of the SNES stuff (there's probably another 15 games, five or so boxed, one sealed) and the NGPC as I'm a bit lazy about the NES stuff and the randoms...!

Megaman X2 boxed in its cardboard box and Yoshi's Island in its pale yellowoie glory and Super Marioworld.
That's a lovely pile of stuff that I've been trying to get for ages. Pick of the bunch must be lethal weapon though.
Congrats and a good haul. Also you must pop up the rest.

I would strongly advise you to just flip that sealed red band Super Mario World. Heck, get it VGA graded and retire in Kilkee!

Didn't even notice it was sealed. Unbelievable!

    Here's what I received today.

Umm... I don't know quite how to say this but, if that Mario All Stars 'with' Super mario World is what I think it is, it's worth an absolute bloody FORTUNE.

Requires more research but I would advise you keeping that and your red box Mario World in a very safe place for now. Not trying to get your hopes up, need to research it more, but that All Stars version with the Mario World is (I think) SUPER RARE.

Can anyone else confirm so I'm not just getting the poor lads hopes up?

Sorry. It it's only worth about €20 sealed.
Luckily I'm on the lookout for one and am feeling generous so I'll take it off him for €30.

    ;)

Hmm, you got a source for the price señor? Box is stickered and in poor shape but it's the rare PAL compilation edition from 1994 which wasn't released anywhere else right?

As for the red box Mario World, with the red band tear strip, that's definitely worth a few bob, it doesn't look like it has the blister wrap over it though so it's not quite the heady heights of €1000's! :(

Here's a cart only of the All Stars with World game for €80. Though there are a few at €20-30 cart only on the bay.

I didn't think it was that rare. I think I've seen one go recently for the average ridiculous €100 mark. Compared to the sealed one it's peanuts, now I could be mistaken but I doubt it.
Is it sealed as well though?

Edit: €80 from Nintendo SNES Fan on eBay on the 11th of April. That's a good condition one and his auctions always go the top end of the price. Still it's €80

Double edit: yoshi island nearly worth that. The megaman x2 is worth a bit though. One auction up to over a hundred with 3 days to go.

Cracking haul Martineatsworld, seriously jealous :o

Is that another two loose All Stars/World carts in the pile? Bloody hell! *gasp!*

    Serious haulage there.

Can anyone confirm more on the Mario World red box with the red band tear strip? I know red band tear strips are worth more. Super Tennis 'red band' is a recent example I saw.

Still can't find a price on that boxed All Stars/World in the pile though.
