None, have been trying as the actual widget is a bit ugly.
Yeah, it's not the nicest of widgets. I do like the functionality of the app but the main reason I downloaded it was for a very basic weather widget to add to my very basic homescreen.

EDIT: I set up a Minimalistic Text widget to display my weather/location and have it linked to this Go Weather app on tap.

Weatherbug has a nice widget. You can set up multiple ones for different locations.

I haven't seen this mentioned here yet.

    Circlelauncher light.

You create a widget and assign apps to it. When you press the widget the shortcuts to the apps appear around the widget. Nice space saver.

When I search for cordy in the market, I get no result.

Hi mars bar, it says that this game isn't compatible with X8 so that's why it doesn't appear in the appstore ;)

Just purchased a bluetooth OBD2 adapter for my car for around €19. There is an app called Torque which allows you to read and reset faults in the car, also has a dashboard displaying car info.

    ss-0-320-480-160-1-da8725e0838e444482ac2e26c74466bb7994f068ss-1-320-480-160-1-d75713207c7f4ddd6222d114b065ffa7075237b3

Received this last Friday. Only got to test it last night. Seems to be working fine. Some readings like fuel are not appearing but I guess it may be the software on the phone or that data is not supplied from the car. It found and cleared a fault for an O2 sensor that was replaced on another car I tried it on. Going to test Dashcommand software today.

Edit: Tried Dashcommand. There seems to be a lot more data readings on this. Handy gadget to have if theres ever an engine fault.

    Same here (ZTE Blade)
It's annoying that apps just don't turn up in search results if they're not compatible, but if you use a direct link to the App and try installing it'll tell you that it isn't compatible...
I'd much rather just be told that something isn't compatible than getting no results at all for a search!

Phone signal is a hardware issue.
    Apps are software based.
Unless there is code in the phone software that saves battery in exchange for less network range, apps shouldn't be able to do anything.

I find if I wear my head phones on my HTC that it helps a lot (not very technical I know and probably stating the obvious so don't slate me!)
Also Angry Birds Rio is free now.

This app will tell you the townland or street you are in as your travel with it in Ireland: https://market.android.com/search?q=VoiceGPS&so=1&c=apps . It requires GPS and a data connection but its handy to know that if you need to know the townland for some reason (like for history research etc).

Does anyone know a credit tracker app? As in, you put in the price per minute for calls and the cost of texts and data, and it tracks your credit. I've found my credit seems to be tumbling very quickly recently.

Just got this the other day.
Hands down the best video player for Android. Excellent UI and gesture based controls.
Can transcode (convert) any video file to native Android format on the fly without any hitches.

For those of us old enough to be nostalgic about the Sinclair ZX Spectrum, Marvin is not a bad emulator, which includes access to hundreds of old games.

Hi Folks, have my DHD now 6 months and love it (It is my second, but I dropped the first and volume stopped working)

Anyway don't know if this is possible, but I'm wondering if there is an app to transmit your music from your device/phone to your car radio etc via wireless (tune it in)

The reason Im asking is that my satnav can do this and once I tune my car radio into 88.8 the satnav is transmitted via Surround sound.

    Thanks

Your Android needs to support FM Broadcasting, which is either in the hardware or not. There are no apps [AFAIK] that can do this.
