Fear Of Dying

Hi, I was wondering is anyone else as bad as me. When I think if dying i start having panic attacks, i break out in a rash and my heart starts to beat really fast. I have to try to snap out of it. I try to start up a conversation or think of other things to take my mind off it. Should i go to see someone about this?
