    To be serious for a moment.

    No we're not paid, there are no benefits of any kind.

    Most of us do the job because we believe in boards.ie and want to make a difference and hopefully improve the experience for everyone.

    We're human, so we make mistakes - mistakes which some people are quick enough to go whinging about, but never ONCE 'tipping their hat in acknowledgement for the sh*t we put up with or the small ways in which we make life here a little better.

    So there ya go, we're not paid in any way shape or form.

    have one mod for the whole forum, ****ing hell in some forums theres more mods than ****ing posters. i actually don't mind some, like one of the politics forum, i called some dickhead 'johnathon woss' just that a dickhead and the mod probably understand where i was coming from so only gave me a warning.

    As a side note, it's often funny how some people who give out about mods generally seem to have worked up a number of infractions and bans in a short amount of time. As in, clearly they're not at fault, it's all the mods fault, because they're crap and can't do their jobs right. Just saying.

    Not you of course devereaux17, I'm with you, the mods are gobsh*tes.
