    check yere settings in windows firewall if it is turned on.

    I have managed to get set up on DartsPro see KingP's name there, but this is on my office computer so have to see how it will work out on the laptop.

    Yeah, Eircom. Netopia router and wireless

    Im have the same router and am on eircom and am wireless too mate but i still cant join someone's game Any more suggestions ?

    Your router might not be exactly the same but the one that Ciarraibhoy listed above is going to be very close to it.

    Ciarraibhoy yeah I have done the NAT thing on the router. I'm lost at this stage, port 47141 doesn't seem to be open for me.

    Right you need to click on define custom service, then make sure Port Forwarding:
    Range of Ports is selected and click next. In service name put DARTPRO and in all 3 boxes then put 47141 and click next

    I knew that damn computer degree I have from dcu would come in handy!

    I got it, ciarraibhoy managed to join my game.

    The bad news rat is that i had to set up a static ip address for myself. If you have crap eircom like I do then you only have a dynamic ip address, this means that it is constantly changing so dartspro cant find it.

    You need to set up a static ip address and when you enable dartpro on NAT point it to that ip address. That way the port 47141 becomes open and you are in business.

    Want me to talk you through how to do it?
