Okay observing the market movers and the prices the picks (2) appear to be

Quito Du Tresor in the 2.10 Catterick and Traffic Control in the 3.55 also Catterick, both are short enough by this point. :(

Looks weak in the market.......... could be a drifter at last minute. It was 11/4 at 10-30 Pricewise tips it around 11-30, I assume and it goes off at 7/2 It just doesn't stack up?

Woody Valentine supported with all bookies except Paddy Power.........

just wondering whats the story for tomorrow since the tips werent really being posted up this week, is that just because of the midweek boys and nobody bothers with them?

This is really aimed a seanohea who has been very decent at putting up the weekend tips fair play to him

Hopefully someone will be up with the Partridge.

The races from which TS will be picking are

Donny 2.55 Treaty Flyer looks tempting at 17.00
Donny 3:25 Lorient Express 21.00 and Beggars Cap 19.00 catch my eye

Wetherby 2.20 Calatagan 9.00, is 3 from 4 here and is back lower than last winning mark.

Sandown 3.10 Lough Derg 13.00 just cos he keeps going (AP booked)
Sandown 3.40 Lorum Leader 13.00 at foot of weights and on an upward curve.

I'm presuming he isn't going to pick from the very small field races already priced up.

it's been shown that the midweek guys don't make a profit, I'm just not really bothered during the week, the weekend is a different story however with tom in the pricewise extra seat.
I'll post the tips up at 12 anyway, the weekend pricewise extra tips are the only ones I back at the moment.

    Semipro gets far more winners.

Seriously its beyond the joke. The Monday-Friday crowd have been appalling for a good while and I've stopped backing them. The weekend I'll stick with if I like the look of what Segal has picked but I'm not going in blind again until he sharpens up his pin.

This also means I won't be spending time here trying to figure out what the picks are.

I know what you mean Mike PWE Weekdays haven't had a winning month since October and are Minus almost 50 points since then.

Tom Segal is up about 25pts in the last 13 weeks, but with better prices that could be 40 or maybe even 50............ but over 13 weeks he must have had at least 70 bets,

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 88,968 ✭✭✭✭mike65

And to think the Racing Post got onto boards.ie thinking they were protecting something of value!

They were, Mike, the illusion, now well and truly exploded. At least 2 of Segals run well at the weekend I thought, the dave one and that bottom weight one.

Coda Agency.............Held up in rear, brief effort from 8th, weakened next, tailed off when eased before 2 out
4.20 Lingfield is the 2nd one I reckon.......... Fruity o Rooney is backed against it..........9/2-3/1 wins 15 lengths.
