Another bad week for the MON/FRI Boys. You might notice the 2 red 00'S at the end of the Present Sequence stat. I have been meaning to keep a record of tips that drift after being backed initially. It seems to me that they always lose, so if I get a chance I will go back through some results and check. Anything on that line in red will have drifted at least 2 points from its lowest price....... I hope thats easy to understand.

With Mc Coys experience of racing in Ireland, where you do race on sometimes desperate ground, but not dangerous ground, Haydock must be abandoned.

Officials are still inspecting but trainers are voting with their feet and three runners - Bedlam Boy, Tartan Snow and Al Co - have been withdrawn from the first.

This would leave just two horses in the 12.40.

I think thats that. Anyway TS did the right thing.

Just a kinda off topic question for you guys who here bets with betfair and if so do you guys always get near the advised prices and if not do you guys wait for it to drift since theres no guarenteed price?

Most of the money for that one was on layed at around 17/2 ish. It was easy to back at 7/1........ and 2/1 a place, when I backed it.

You should never bet with the bookies. They were probably betting this race at about 120% overround. Betfair is usually 101%-103%. You cant give them that margin and expect to win long term.
