When you meet a 'normal' person you just rejoyce
I have met afew 'normal' people and some I am proud to call friends
But they are not easy to find - and hard to spot. As normal folk take awhile to get to know - as we are wary of scum.

Skangers are everywhere, it's probably just that they are called by other names.
Every country has its section of society that are quite
undesirable.

England call them chavs, I think in the U.S. it's 'Hommies' or white thrash or whatever.

Not everyone can become super nice and refined I accept.

But surely six months of military service would help sort out a lot of them. It would offer self-respect, hygiene, motivation, and above all else, discipline. Such military spending would cost the taxpayer money yes, but a relatively small amount compared to that spent on permanent welfare, spent on damage to property, spent on insurance and security measures or whatever. We need to think long term on this.

Excellent teach them to use guns properly, and filling the ranks with people who have no ambition and fcuk all interest wont do them or the defence forces any good.

i think there is a bit of racism when it comes to what people who live in other countries and their view on skangers there. they sort of pass it off because they might not be white they aren't really recognised as being the same as our skangers.

because we had such a long history of no immigration, and particulary mass immigration the lower class is filled by 'natives'. look at the netherlands, uk(england) france, belgium, sweden the lower classes is filled by immigrants mainly from the 60's.

and what makes a skanger i want to know? i mean in berlin you might not see the exact same type that resemble the ones here, but then they have a big neo-nazi element, who have attacked immigrants.

there is scum everywhere and to say otherwise is fooling yourself. unless its some utopian society.

Hey, I think a distinction has to be made between scum and between skanger.
Scum is simply a nasty nasty piece of work. A person who you wouldn't
trust with your life, basically, the bottom of the barrel!

It could be absolute anyone, impossible to tell until
that person acts in his/her scumbag manner.
They could be the nicest and most mannerly and
stylish person you ever met and then a moment
of disgust shows their true colours!

A skanger to me is a person lacking any real shame, style or manners.
An ignorant and thoughtless type of person. A person
who would embarrass you in company.

A skanger dresses in a typical dowdy and dirty fashion.
Dresses inappropriately for many occassions.
Like say attending a funeral in his/her tracksuit.
Just lacks any class and thought and style.

A skanger is loud
and obnoxious and foul tongued.

I think too many simply
associate a skanger as a perosn
who dresses a certain way and lives in
a certain area. It's more than that.

Really, a skanger has a set of criteria and no matter
where you live or how you dress, there are still
other charactersitics that can make
you a skanger. Not obvious either until
the skanger opens his/her mouth or acts a certain
way

A skanger to me can come from anywhere and any walk of life. Half the people in Rialto for instance are skangers as are half of the people who work in the banks. It's all about how they respect the law and how they respect other human beings.

Oh, just so we are clear, anyone can potentially be a scumbag and a skanger can also be a scumbag, but IMO, the two are different terms.

Not all skangers are scumbags. A skanger can simply be all that I said!

They come in all shapes and sizes
All classes and have same thing in common
People can do scummy things - if they are remorseful and make amends. Then they can be forgiven, as they have a conscience

Long-term is obvious people

The people who stay in school and progress will go into the middle classes
They learn from past family mistakes and intergrate themselves into society

Others well - they are apart of the Circle of Filth, trademarked

Who will never learn and pop out off spring to start circle again
These people are feeding the under classes of society - sure what else would the gov do with surplus taxes. With these people, treat them like cattle. You could nearly say they live in a self imposed ghetto

A large wedge of AH users are students and/or middle class, so many spend their evenings terrified to walk past the local Spar because there are a few 15 year olds in tracksuits outside.

They need to vent somewhere.

Jesus Christ for a start they don't speak English in every country - are you American?

When you're in Spain, Italy, Brazil etc - you can't pick up who the "skangers" are but believe me they are there.

To be fair Skanger culture in Germany is pretty non existent in comparison to Ireland. I mean I've been walking around munich late at night lots and never felt unsafe. Usually you have teenagers drinking at Marienplatz at the U-Bahn station but they don't tend to cause trouble!

There was 2 girls going around Limerick yesterday with their tracksuits stuck into their socks and inhumanly plastered in make - up insulting everybody who walked by. Only for better judgement than those two, I would have called them everything under the sun.

They are the idiots who have brought down todays society. It amazes me how quickly things got out of control, I must only be 5 - 6 years older than them.
