Has anyone put smarties tubes on their cats legs and watched it walking around like a robot?

Presumably the same would work for dogs and pringle tubes

That's a pretty bad thing to do. It really disturbs the cat.

Can't people just do normal stuff with their pet cats like pet it, play with it and let it snuggle up beside you when it's sleepy?

Does anyone get a weird feeling that boards will be reference in the papers when sadistic people posted who claim to have hurt animals, will shock horror turn to humans to practice said experiments

'er I just wanted to see if he lived. I only stabbed him inbetween the ribs no where near essential organs' etc etc
Neighbours would say 'kept to himself' or 'seemed such a nice lad, was always helping his mammy and on the computer'
    eh eh ??

    :D

    lol to that :D

Spitting on a cat... on a scale of scumming thing to do it would be fairly low but still a scumming thing to do.

Crocs have a natural instinct to kill and eat.

Spitting on a cat makes you a twat.

I woke up to the cat lying on my head. I just panicked and threw it across the room without realising it was the cat.

What did you think it was?!A hairy midget burgler sitting on your head?

So its alright to laugh at someones death but not a wet cat:confused:

The cat will dry off,a person wont get their head back off a croc.

I never claimed it was okay to laugh at a death.

When people get killed by animals, most of the times it's because of the persons stupidity. To get into a situation where a crocodile could bite off your head, makes you pretty thick imo.

As I said, wild animals have a natural instinct to kill for food, and fight to defend themselves if they feel under threat.

Humans do not have a natural instinct to get locked and spit on a cat that was doing no harm.

I once kicked a hedgehog in the Pheonix Park in Dublin. Young, dumb & very drunk. What made it memorable was, that a pasing motorist stopped and very irately warned me that, "If I ever see you doing that again I'll feckin kill you."

Yes a). Seeing hedgehogs is a very common occurence for drink adolescents
b). The chances of me ever seeing a hedgehog again are unlikely (I've not seen one since)

c). I don't usually kick things (even when I'm drunk)

    and

d). EVEN if all these circumstances came into play ---- HOW LIKELY IS IT THAT THE SAME MOTORIST WOULD BE THERE TO SEE IT?!?!?!??!!? :o

I was just using that story as an example. I said MOST of the time it's the because of human stupidity. People often wonder why wild animals lash out, elephants at a circus, bulls at bull fights. They are defending themselves from the cruelty of humans.

But imo, you have to be a pretty shítty person to spit on a cat, kick a cat or kick a hedgehog. Being drunk is no excuse for cruelty.
