TimTams. An import from Australia I believe. They are a little like a penguins but less dense and thats important for there is a ritual to eating them.
    1: Unwrap the biscuit
    2: Bite off a corner
3: Bite off the furtherest corner frome the first leaving the maximum amount of biscuit between the two nibbled corners
4: Dip one nibbled corner into a cup of hot tea.
5: Suck the tea THROUGH the biscuit like a straw.
6: Eat biscuit...quickly before it disintergrates

    (Slurpy)Nyom
I do that with classic bars since tim tams are not readily available in ireland. Even nyomier. Oh yeah and classics get my vote every day of the week

Custard Creams are the KING of el cheapo biscuits, the nicest, most great human invention ever.

Someone said Rich Tea with butter, real butter is best, just scoop it straight out of the dish. Gulp. Happy stomach.

Oh god, how could I have forgotten Toffee Pops?

you have to bite all round the edge to the point where the caramel begins, then take a bite leave it in your mouth, take a sup of tea and let it go all gooey and yummy. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

    1. maryland cookies
    2. caramel digestive
    3. chocolate polo

and an hounourable mention to the humble tea time wafer.

Edit: i forgot Toffee Pops, feck it, its too hard to choose.

What the hell's wrong with eating biscuits with coffee?

If anything, the bitterness of coffee complements the sweetness of biscuits better than tea.

Pink wafers remind me of pink fingers, they're lovely. It's like dipping sweet bread into tea.

Has anyone ever eaten Kimberly biscuits WITH tea, not dipping, cuz you cant really. Thats an experience.

Digestives are the only biccie that can be properly dunked (hate that word) in tea and survive longer than 10 secs and still taste good!

    /rich tea are next mmmmmm
    Say "dipped" then.

I agree, "dunked" causes me stomach convulsions.

I disagree where you say Digestives can be left in for 10 seconds, maybe if their 8 years out of date or you dip them in cold water.

the best tea biscuits EVER were coconut crumble creams from Dunnes Stores, they were just the nicest nicest things and then they stopped doing them one day without warning :(

I still sometimes stand for ages in the biscuit section scanning through every pack to see if they maybe decided to bring them back - but so far - hasn't happened!!!
