    I'm off the drink too.... so it'll be 7 up all the way. I've been told I will change my non drinking once I get to Templemore! We will see.

    O so that's the Nog?! I heard about that. Couldn't get the smell of drink out of the place.... Also heard there was fleas....

    O a run to the pub and a cross country across ditches and hedges on the way back as part of my drinking and fitness regime... i see.....
