On the rear window he has the URL for these guys - looks like this isn't the first car they've butchered...

    That's a ridiculous car!!

He doesn't even mention engine size in the ad, and I can't find out because he's hidden the reg. Well, at least it has a €15k paint job (somehow...).

It might be easier to get the asking price by removing panels/wings, frame them, and flog them to an art collector....

Fuggin absolute state of it.... Deluded

Have to say I laughed at this one. It's not a dreamer in terms of the price but more in terms of the photos.
I thought it was hilarious first that the guy was obviously trying to hide the front bumper in the pics and then you see the last "txt spk" line:
"FRONT BUMPER CUD DO WITH A RESPRAY"

No, he is not a dreamer, he just forgot that he left Poland, and is trying to get what he paid for his ride...
In Poland that car cost about 20000PLN, which is over 5000E.
This might be actually a deal (after knocking few hundreds off the asking price) for someone who is migrating back to Poland.

Really. The same year (could see some for 15000PLN, but this depends on conditions and equipment)

Wow! I wouldn't expect to pay more than 2k for it here, that's including VRT and it being right hand drive.

Everywhere in mainland Europe it will cost around the same price tbh. In Ireland every car older than 4years and mileage over 100k is considered as rubbish, crap or vintage and shall be scrapped. I don't know why it is though.

This is an ultimate dreamer. I don't know what is the story now but back in 2007 GAZ tried to get a permit to distribute this particular model in European Union countries. Permit was denied because of the safety, environment issues. So if the story is the same now the person who buys this piece of sh1t wonderfull machine (with technologies back from late 60ties) will not be able to register in any EU country.

It also appears to be suffering a rather mismatched respray ;)

I'm sure you can get these registered, in Britain it can be done on a Q plate but not sure what the story is with Ireland.

What does Q plate mean? Sure it doesn't stand for Quality as it would be the meaning in this particular case :D

Its generally reserved for self built cars and other specialist cars.

It is also given to cars which are no longer for sale and which crop up years after they have been taken off the market.

And it is also given to strange foreign imports such as the one above.

I'd actually like one of those VOLGAs. Moscows favourite taxi :D

Thanks for explanation. Didn't know that.

Would you really go for a car that have a 2.5l engine with a power of 1.3 and appetite of 6.0 V12. car where word safety doesn't mean anything really. And it cost 10k !!!!

Presuming BS refers to bullsh1t, tone down your posting please. This is bordering on personal abuse.
